S P Setia Unveils New Brand Identity, Launches Setia Edenia Show Home, and Announces Strategic Partnerships to Develop a Professional, Integrated Project

The event took place at EcoXuan Urban Area, Lai Thieu Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, on October 9. A representative of the developer stated that the ceremony marks a significant milestone for S P Setia’s operations in Vietnam.

The developer announced the renaming of the project from “Setia Gardens Residences” to “Setia Edenia”, reflecting a new development direction. The rebranding demonstrates the company’s commitment to delivering modern, comfortable, and high-quality living environments tailored to the increasingly diverse needs of the Vietnamese market.

The name “Edenia” was chosen to replace “Gardens Residences” to convey a broader vision. While “Gardens” evokes the image of nurturing and growth, “Edenia” is inspired by the Garden of Eden, symbolizing peace and completeness. The project aims to provide a balanced living space, catering to residents’ needs while emphasizing community values.

The Setia Edenia Sales Gallery also officially opened, giving customers the opportunity to visit the project’s show home. The show home is designed to emphasize natural light, greenery, and contemporary aesthetics, providing a tangible experience of the lifestyle the project promotes. Visitors can assess the space layout, design features, and harmony with the surrounding environment.

Located in the heart of EcoXuan Urban Area (Lai Thieu Ward, Ho Chi Minh City), Setia Edenia is developed as a living space integrating architecture, landscape, and functionality. The project aims to build a civilized residential community, going beyond the concept of a mere housing development.

At the launch event, S P Setia, through Setia Lai Thieu, announced comprehensive cooperation with Kansas Capital, a domestic investor, along with consulting, design, construction, and distribution partners. This collaboration provides a stable foundation for project development, enhances execution capabilities, and demonstrates the developer’s long-term, integrated commitment to the project.
